No matter how energetic you are, learn to work and combine work with rest. No matter how important things are, you can't overdraw your body. Some people work endlessly all the year round. They never go on outings with their families, buy a scripture book in a bookstore, or worship in a temple. They are forced to relax when they lie in a hospital bed one day. But then I found that what I thought was very important was not important.
