Let's assume the job title is similar Software Engineer (SE, SWE, SRE)
Let's also assume the job level is similar e.g. E5 FB and L5 Google.
Also, the salary/package/location is similar/same

Which one would you pick, and why?

      First, companies do not often pay employees in shares, management members are the ones who often receive pay in company shares so i would not be picking based on share price but rather, i will be choosing based on interest and amount to be paid. Stocks do not often depict the internal strength of a company.
