對於家庭主婦來說
下廚煮食是每一天都不可缺少的項目
把食物煮熟填飽肚子誰都會
因為食物是動物延續生命其中一項重要的因素
食物也是除了空氣和水之外
其中一項延續生命主要的泉源
誰都可以展現個人的廚藝
問題是煮出來的食物
受到歡迎的程度有多高而已
俗話說；一家煮食三家香
如果可以把廚房裡所煮的味道
飄向整一條街上更是煮食中的高手了
我們人的味與食覺各有千秋
不知道大家有沒有聽過這樣的一句話；
越是身懷絕技的人
越是有著各種各樣的怪癖
可以用怪人高手來形容
但是他們展現的廚藝
卻是讓人食慾大動回味無窮
有的高手煮出來食物看似平平無奇
從食物的外貌審查來看
這些食物並不會讓人感到想吃食慾
但是
一旦食物進入食客的口腔
雙手與嘴巴就停不下來了
個人覺得這種真人不露鋒芒的心態才是真正的煮食高手
