今天我无意从收音听到临澧县某中学一名新生在军训之时，“扑咚”一声倒地，随后被带到树荫下休息，出现了呕吐情况，立即被送往医院抢救，确诊为热射病，最终抢救无效死亡。听了这则消息很震惊，很痛心。
热射病是什么？我上百度搜索得知:是指因高温引起的人体体温调节功能失调，体内热量过度积蓄，从而引发神经器官受损。热射病在中暑的分级中就是重症中暑。
从这事故中给我提醒:千万不要高温天气中做激烈的运动，也尽量不要做重体力劳动，平时适量参加锻炼身体，增强体质了。
