专业技术人员是不是服务员？
今天上午被部门领导叫到单位开部门内部会，传达院领导在中层干部会议上宣布的决定，还有就是接下来我们部门针对院领导的决定将要采取的措施。
这次搞这么大阵仗还专门研究开会讨论 是因为最近一次全市医疗机构满意度调查中我院排名靠后。
部门领导传达的院领导会议精神就是 一线人员必须做到打不还手、骂不还口，一旦被人投诉 无论是否是我们的责任 我们绩效都会受到影响。
关于这个整改措施，同事们都很气愤。病人的合理诉求理应最大限度得到保障，但是作为一线工作人员我们最基本的权利同样不应该被忽视。如果按照院领导的要求，我们的地位比之酒店里的服务员还不如。
