家常菜之-红烧昂公豆腐
最近昂公涨价了15块一斤了,买了三条就要20块钱,这也太贵了吧。这么贵就把它红烧了。
准备食材:昂公三条,豆腐一块,葱姜蒜,料酒。
首先,昂公洗干净备用。锅中倒油,放白糖,炒出糖色,放入昂公两面煎一下。
其次,放入葱姜蒜,八角,桂皮,香果。倒入料酒,生抽,老抽,味极鲜,调色。
再次,放入切好的豆腐,加水淹没鱼就好了,放入少许盐和味精,大火20分钟。
最后,收汁出锅。
完美收工。
