吐司汉堡

去超市囤这周粮食的时候顺便买了两包吐司回来，本来是想着给儿子当零食吃，但是我这两天做饭真不在状态，所以今天又随便倒腾了一顿，凑合把一餐应付过去了。黄瓜切成片，煎两个鸡蛋和几片火腿，夹在吐司片中间，就成了吐司汉堡了，再榨一杯苹果奶昔，几分钟搞定一餐。
