最近辞工的人员真的比较多,真的是公司的工资低吗？今天又来个.

他说他找到个工作,每个月加2千,年终奖是6个月的工资 ,这可是我第一次听说,年终奖是这么高,他的工资每个月收入也不低吧,新的工作,工资高,年终奖更高,熬到年底,那将是花开时,难怪他这么爽快的递交了辞工单。

他还说年纪轻的时候,不能选择太安逸,虽然过去工作困难重重,但是还想试一试,对于他的勇气,我很佩服,既然在辞工单上写着:对现有薪资不满意,对能力提升不满意,特提出离职,为求取更好的发展,真是好酷哟,在老板面前好坦然,像一只昂首挺胸的公鸡。

不过,看着他,我感觉他还是太嫩了,对于他的将来,我抱怀疑的太度,钱真的那么好挣吗?一份辛勤一分收获,拿高工资 ,估计还是要付出很多,小伙子你扛得住吗？头疼血流,你不怕吗？

公司产品的特别,导致公司的特别,我相信公司的实力,一定不比其他公司差。

                              不奇怪了，他有能力的话就算这次选择错了，下次还可以再找更高或同等工资的工作，况且还年轻，何必在一家他认为工资低，没提升空间的公司待下去？像我这样维持现状的是因为没能力，年纪大。再者很佩服这年轻人实话实说，有的人辞工还要顾及老板面子，帮其找借口。拍拍拍
