恕我直言，像我爸那样喂食的孩子不长胖真没道理，每天他做菜你吃少了他还不开心，而我家都有种“劝饭“的习惯，你吃一碗，劝你吃两碗。
最近又发现不能吃土豆，听说胃不好的人，要少吃淀粉类食物，比如土豆粉条之类的，吃了胃会不消化，然后我又成功戒掉一种食物，还是好好爱惜自己的身体比较好，管住嘴，迈开腿😀
