健身房装修关门2个月！
现在才过去一个月，我觉得我整个人都已经堕落了。
天天睡懒觉，一天也不运动；晚上也不做饭了，就喜欢葛优躺在沙发上吃着零食看着电视，泡着脚喝肥宅快乐水；早餐还喜欢上了奶油，芝士面包🍞等。🙃🙃🙃🙃
我害怕这样下去我会变成《复联4》的索尔。

吃方面注意下就好了。家里也可以做体重运动。我过去68天都没有上健身院，减了8斤左右吧。还在努力中。你也加油。
