昨晚在微博刷到一段子说不要接触两种人，一种是下决心减肥的人，一种是下决心戒烟的人，对自己都能这么狠，对别人呢？
说实话确实对自己挺残忍的，就两字“难熬”。
早两天发了朋友圈，朋友们都很合拍，底下评论就围绕戒烟展开。以为含点咖啡果糖豆来控制，不曾想，烟少抽了，这鬼东西倒快要上瘾了。
熊猫给个建议我找个橡皮筋套手腕上。。想抽的时候，轻轻弹一下，这是心理学命题。然而到现在手腕一直通红通红的。你品，细品。
想起不良嗜好还真没啥，烟可能是最大的突出点。
这次戒烟主要是与自身信仰出现矛盾。佛教五戒内不包括烟这东西，但是违背了佛法最基本的核心点，就是要通过修行熄灭贪嗔痴。
而嗜烟成瘾为贪，烟刺激神经易动怒为嗔，明知有害无益而为之为痴，吸烟助长贪嗔痴，这点就很显然。
如果我自身难以持戒，就妄为三宝弟子，所谓借假以修真，恩，很显然是一大障道因缘。
老师也曾说过烟是一个魔女，为了障碍众生解脱发下恶愿化现而成的，它希望所有抽烟的人不生起菩提心，最终堕入地狱，而且抽烟的人所到之处护法神远离。
这两天量很明显下去了，今天写此文章前还没有抽。所以加油，坚持，我是最胖的！😬😬
