烤鱼火锅
第一次在家做烤鱼，只顾专注弄菜了，忘记拍前面的准备过程。
主角是清江鮰鱼，鱼肥肉嫩，刺也少。鱼头留了下来，准备做鱼头豆腐汤。
配菜准备了洋葱，豆芽，青椒，最后还在里面放了点火腿。
看起来还不错吧！
