自制糯米鸡

今天早餐,在家自制了糯米鸡,有点那个味道。

端午节还有些粽子一直冷冻着,还有些糯米圆子,于是想到早餐油炸成糯米鸡。

先把圆子和粽子蒸熟,弄点面粉加点水或成面粉糊,把蒸熟的圆子和粽子在糊里裹一下,下油锅炸,至外皮金黄即可。
