成都青羊区，大力发展文创旅游产业，宽窄巷子辐射片区很多的老旧楼宇街道旧貌换新颜，典型如小通巷奎星楼街。

槐树街这栋老式楼，顶楼是一家青年旅社MeTown，楼顶改造成文创花园，环境相当惬意。
