今天晚上又去了这家面馆，一进店铺，老板娘就说刚刚煮了肥肠浇头，要不要来一碗试试。
试试就试试，看了一下菜谱15元，也蛮划算的。
吃了两块，都想给这老板娘加个鸡腿。不是浮夸，这绝对有大厨的水准，入口有嚼劲还有点猪屎香味，关键吃下去以后有回味，那就看烧制的功底呢！
说有猪屎味，并非是没有洗干净，因为我看了了大肠内壁，里面很清爽。
突然间想起那个冬天自己洗猪大肠的画面，还有在南方第一次吃11元一盘猪大肠的场景。
那时候多么快乐，每月280元左右一个月的快乐，你懂吗？
