小崔哥美食鉴赏-蒜苗炒鸡蛋。前些日子老家送来的大蒜开始生芽了，索性直接放到盒子里长成蒜苗了。今天先割一茬做了个蒜苗炒鸡蛋，比外面买的药物催生蒜苗好吃多了。
