Over $200 Worth of STEEM and SBD Lost? Payza or Changelly Needs to Pay Me Back My Funds!!!

So little over a week ago, I decided to try deposit STEEM and SBD to Payza since I have used their service before depositing Bitcoin and never had any issues. However, this time when I tried it with STEEM and SBD, I did not receive any funds. I did send a little over the amount I was supposed to send but I figured this could be worked out through support.

So what happened was that Payza uses @Changelly service to do the STEEM/SBD conversion. So the instructions on Payza's site said to deposit to @Changelly. The thing was, there was no mention of a memo code to add on the transaction. I was looking for this but I figured Payza was apart of @Changelly or something and had the system all worked out so I sent the funds.

Below is the screenshot of a new pending deposit I did but didn't send any funds. This is what it's supposed to look like with the memo when depositing since they apparently fixed this error.

As you can see in the next screenshot, this was my pending deposits that I deposited to and didn't have any memo code. I made this deposit on 10/12/17 but they canceled it on the 18th.

I waited hours with no changes to my balance so I decided to contact Payza support and they got back to me the next day. They mentioned that I needed to send the funds to a "unique" address which I told them all that was stated on the directions was to deposit to @Changelly. Then they told me to get them a screenshot of the transaction being withdrawn from my wallet and I did but then they said they needed the image in a jpg format and not png... I thought to myself, "Are they messing with me? Do I really need to do all the work?" I had also sent them links to Steemd.com and @Changelly's wallet when I had sent the first email with the screenshots but okay, I sent them the jpg images.

Here is exactly what I emailed them:

After a few emails back and forth, they told they are working on it.

I have been emailing them the past couple days and have not heard back from them. The last email I got from them was on the Oct. 16th...

I also emailed @Changelly the same time I did when I first emailed Payza. I told them the issue and sent them the same screenshots. I only heard from them a couple times and been sending them emails but no replies. The last email I had gotten from @Changelly was on Oct. 12th...

Now I know I should have known better when I didn't see the memo but like I mentioned before, I figured Payza had everything working. I could have also just done a test deposit but like I also mentioned earlier, I used Payza before with no issues so I figured everything will be fine.

So Payza made their mistake by not providing a memo for the deposit but also @Changelly knows that were funds that were sent to them with no memo so they should just send it back to me.

I'm sure I will get my funds back eventually but what really frustrates me is that they are taking so long to get this done. It really doesn't take long to check and transfer funds. It feels like the time I waited 2 months to get my funds back from Poloniex but granted this is only over a week.

All I can do is just be patient or just take this as a loss. I will keep everyone informed if there are any changes.
