Karuizawa Distillery was closed almost 20 years ago what makes its remaining casks so rare and desirable for whisky lovers and collectors.
Karuizawa Emerald Geisha 35 YO by the Whisky Exchange was released in February 2018. It is a Bourbon Single cask whisky, that was bottles at 59,1%. Only 265 bottles were produced so the WE allocated all of them by ballot.
Those who were lucky enough got their chance to add this rare pearl to their collection.
