We where fortunate enough to have our neighbor give us a rock cod from his recent fishing trip. I cooked it my favorite way. As a whole fish. Added some fresh lemon, garlic, and herbs. Browned it in a iron skillet with butter and olive oil. Then I finished it in the oven.
