I had a neighbor that lived near to my house but moved few years ago. He is a lonely old guy in early 80s and always acts as a gentleman. After he moved in the his daughter's home, he still keeps visiting us, especially my grandma after my grandpa died, so I think he kinda likes her...
He visited us a year ago and he noticed that my back spine is in pain.
He knew about my problems but now he was ready to help. He asked me have I tried bio-energy treatment. I said that I have, but that those treatments didn't have any effects on me. Well, we have a lot of impostors, cheaters and those who want to take your money for nothing. Once I visited the guy with diplomas and stuff, he told me that he can't help me much and that I should stay away from those fake bio-energy guys.
So, my former neighbor told me that he knows the guy who could definitely help me, if not heal me for good!
I was ready to reject these offers, but the old guy was very persistent. The was very stubborn and told me that he will pay for my treatment! Then he called that healer and he was ready to come to my home immediately.
When he came, I realized that he stinks on vine and that he was a bit drunk.
He told me that he will heal me and started waving with his hands around me while whispering something that I couldn't understand! This was completely different of bio-energy treatment that I've tried before. This was actually hilarious, a guy from the circus came to perform his act around me!
Of course, it didn't help me, but made me laugh!
A week later, my former neighbor visited me again and asked me do I feel better now!
Now I had different strategy to refuse his offers and told him:
"Since your friend was here, I really feel better, but I started to perform those bio-energy treatment by myself! I found out that I have healing powers!"
My former neighbor said:
"That's so great! I always knew that there was something powerful inside you! Please, could you help me with my knees? They are very painful and I can barely walk."
"Of course!", I said and started waving with my hands around him whispering some shits that came across my mind.
I was "done" in 5 minutes and the old guy said (seriously):
"You really have healing powers! I really feel better now!"
Then he stood on his feel and he was so happy because allegedly he felt much better!
I had to cover my face because, it was hilarious to me and I didn't want to break the old guy's heart.
A week later, he called me and told me:
"Please, can you come to my place! You have to help me, my knees are painful again?"
...
It was kinda pointless to explain the old dude about placebo effects and how his mind is a subject of my suggestion. Well, I tried to explain him, but he looked at me as I don't want to help him! So I visited him for few times and "healed" him! Unbelievable! Maybe I chose a wrong profession...

Great story and funny!! You could teach him how to heal himself or explain Reiki to him and you will send him Healing Energy while he sleeps when the body is even more open to the Energy!
