This spring, I went to dig wild Capsella bursa-pastoris with one of my roommates in a park nearby. It was not so easy to find such a place in the downtown area, but we found it. So lucky! Elderly people, younger people, a lot of people. How happy we were! We could find lots of best childhood memories from doing this thing. We dug a lot of Capsella bursa-pastoris and then washed and boiled them. We made traditional dumplings with this kind of wild vegetables, which were so tasty and fresh! Look forward to the coming spring, and I miss Su Wen, my roommate.
