I have found the ultimate way to eat up springtime this year! Stinging Nettle fritters!!
I honestly dont know how ive gone this long without knowing this but when you batter and fry Nettle tops they turn out fantastically! Out of this world, even.
There is something about how the batter cooks into the nettle that makes it so robust and creamy. It was perfect.

My sweetheart made a delicious dipping sauce and coleslaw and we had a hearty wildcrafted dinner that was surprisingly filling.
