I'd never heard of this band until tonight when I came across their video for "Executioners Tax" and really dug the song. Power Trip is a very old school sounding metal band that's been sped up for today's yutes.
After liking Executioners Tax I decided, what the hell, let's listen to an entire album and see if they have anything else worthwhile for my earhole. So far, meh ... it's OK. Great poker background music though!
I'll update this post as the album continues, if I find another song that I like enough to actually pay attention to. ;)
