    That is a rather aggressive rant from Billy X/

    I guess he's justified in ranting when his minions have done a bad job...

    (though if they actually DID say they never expected someone to download something from the downloads page, they kind of sort of deserve to burn in UX hell)

    But it's not the most abundant in details that could help them fix it...

    I guess everyone gets their "I'm tired and angry and not in my proper mind and shouldn't be allowed near a computer OH LOOK I'M ALREADY IN THE EMAIL PROGRAM IT'S TOO LATE" phases now and then XD
