Windows 11Multiboot using VHD Technique

Steps:

  1. First download the required files for this purpose.
     Windows 11 ISO image
     Rufus
     Easy BCD
  2. After Downloading the required files, you need to install easy BCD.
  3. Right-click on the start menu and Open “Disk Management.
  4. On the upper left corner, click on the “Action” button and then “Create a VHD”. select the location (C:\ is Recommended). Input the capacity (At least 30 GB-100GB) and click on “OK” then it will take time and space on your Drive.
  5. Now, open Rufus and select the ISO image and VHD to install windows select the windows “Go To” Option in Rufus.
    Select the “TPM Secure boot” for GTP or the “legacy” option for MBR (Usually, Legacy in many cases).
    From there click on start (Warning: All data will be Erased! only from VHD)
  6. After that open the Easy BCD App,
     Click on “Add New Entry”
     And there below you will find the Microsoft VHD option
     There select the VHD file path and name then click on the up arrow.
     You will see a message below “Boot Entry Successfully added”
     Now, you can see a new indexed boot from the boot menu.
  7. Finally, restart your PC and you will be always asked which windows you want to run.
