Device Manager - Windows 7 Aero RC (checked download from Microsoft.com some time in 2007-2008) _RED_FLICKER_PROPERTIES_DEVICE

I think this is serious flaw causing devices in Device Manager not being executing random instructions causing slow downs... Working on this since Sep 3, 2008

A lot of definitions pending ...
