Bordeaux blend, but the southern type - low acidity and moderate tannins. (70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot) Light and calm. Black cherry, bay leaf, notes of chocolate.

This looks like something I'd really like. Bordeaux tends to the more expensive side here in the States, though, so It's a rarer purchase for me. Cheers!

A truly great Bordeaux is not very cheap everywhere ... And it is the best wine.
But, as it seems to me, medium and simple wines from France lose by price / quality to wines from Spain, Italy, Portugal ...
