One of my favorite winemaking regions of Spain is Toro. Here they make very much good and powerful wines. A good Toro should be drunk at the age of not less than 10 years, if earlier - it will not have time to open ... Of course there are also more simple table wines.
Bodegas Sobreño is a fairly large wine farm, as you can see on the photo and their site.
In this wine - ripe red berries, raspberries, raisins, smoked, coffee, earth, wood, vanilla, a drop of milk. Elegant and developed, medium, pleasant and soft tannins, balanced alcohol, moderate acidity and a moderate to long aftertaste.
My rating is 4.0 / 5.0
Cheers!
Hey, great post! Love the expanded format... Looking to add a few Spanish wines to my small collection...
