Ingredients required are
- half kg black grapes
- half kg sugar
- yeast
- 2 pieces cinnamon
- 4-5 cloves
- 50 grams wheat
- sterilized water(boiled and cooled down to room temp)
Steps
- first of all add yeast and 1 spoon sugar in warm water and mix well
2)now take a glass jar and add some grapes - after adding some grapes add sugar so that grapes will be covered by sugar
- repeat the previous process till our sugar and grapes is finished
- at the top of jar add wheat,cinnamon,cloves
- add yeast water
- now fill the jar with sterilized water
- close the jar lid and keep this jar closed for 40 days at one place
- AFTER 40 DAYS
- now pour the ingredients from jar to a deep vessel
- crush these ingredients with hand blender or mixer
- our ingredients are crushed well we have crushed it in a mixer grinder
- now filter out wine in another vessel
- our red wine is ready for color you can add caramelized sugar
- for caramel take 3 spoon of sugar
- put sugar in pan on high flame and keep it till it burn out
- our sugar has burnt now add water to it
- pour this caramelized sugar into wine when it cools down
- our black grapes red wine is ready to drink thanks for reading
