[Wineplay] Sniper Elite V2 on Linux (Fixed Binoculars and good Performance)

With wine-3.4-staging Sniper Elitve V2 is finally working again and brings working Binoculars and a very good Performance with it.
I didn't get it to run on non-staging, but you can try your luck anyway.
