Winter in the North. You vote - Beautiful or Scary?

I live in the North U.S. and although I hate the cold, the snow & ice storms can leave behind a beautiful site. But when you see this beauty it comes at a price. People die each time it snows from car accidents,freezing to death or from carbon monoxide poisoning. So the question is, what comes to your mind when you see this pic? Beautiful or Scary?
