The time between Christmas and New Years

in wisdom •  7 years ago  (edited)

The tinsel from Christmas still lines the house and backyard, our fridges are still full of left overs and Christmas cake that no one wants to eat lol.
We see these Christmas remnants in plain sight, but in our minds we have remnants of the year that is slowly coming to an end.

I am looking towards the new year with optimism and cheer, I'm not so blind to think that it will be a breeze, in fact I'm expecting challenges and difficulties to accompany the good times and triumphs after all life has never been a straight line for most of us, much like the crypto market curve there are so many ups and downs and we must recognise that life is the original volatile market.

So as I glance upon the tinsel these are thoughts that pass through my mind and I say bring it on, I'm ready.
