Wise Bible teaching: Does anyone nourish anger against another and expect healing from the LORD? Ben Sira 28:3

The teacher of wisdom Ben Sira taught in his book about the importance of avoiding human passions, because the passions that come from the human soul such as anger, envy, and guilt only incline the heart of man to error, and whoever is subject to error is also subject to suffering.
Happiness as such is inevitably linked to wisdom (the knowledge of the correct means to live), and whoever holds grudges for the sins of others and seeks revenge is following a path completely opposite to the blessedness of God, this is the spiritual warning given by the teacher of wisdom Ben Sira in his sapiential book.
Therefore, in describing the problem of anger and revenge, Ben Sira began by saying:
"Wrath and anger, these also are abominations,
yet a sinner holds on to them" Ben Sira 27:30.
Revenge is fundamentally an abomination because it only seeks death, and God did not make man for this. Whoever seeks revenge and is not willing to give forgiveness, will sooner or later have to face the law of sowing and harvest, this is how Ben Sira explained it:
"The vengeful will face the Lord's vengeance;
indeed he remembers their sins in detail
Forgive your neighbor the wrong done to you;
then when you pray, your own sins will be forgiven
Does anyone nourish anger against another
and expect healing from the LORD?
Can one refuse mercy to a sinner like oneself,
yet seek pardon for one's own sins?
If a mere mortal cherishes wrath,
who will forgive his sins?" Ben Sira 28:1-5.
And then the teaching of the sapiential book makes an interesting change, spirituality must teach man to focus his thoughts on the positive and the most excellent and not on the negative, that is why the wise master concluded in the Bible with these words:
"Remember your last days and set enmity aside;
remember death and decay, and cease from sin!
Remember the commandments and do not be angry with your neighbor;
remember the covenant of the Most High, and overlook faults" Ben Sira 27:6-7.
