Steem withdrawall to POLONIEX has not been credited after 13 hours ! Need help!

A friend transferred a decent amount of STEEM 13 hours ago to Poloniex from here.

I was just asked to look into it.

I cant even see the trasnsaction as pending on poloniex.com but I can see the transfer on poloniex's wallet here on steemit.com.

Address is correct.Memo is correct.

What  could be the problem?

    If the address and memo are correct, then advice your friend to contact Poloniex support to inquite about the transaction and why it is delayed.
