How to lease your STEEM POWER (SP) to @devcoin

Read the conditions of the service (scroll down)
Get a deposit address from a Devcoin wallet or any exchange supporting Devcoin/DVC
Post a reply to this post with your proposal, which must include: amount of SP, time of the lease, payment per day in DVC (see: https://freiexchange.com/market/DVC/BTC) and your DVC address
If your proposal is accepted, proceed to delegate the SP
Payments will be generated weekly
Wait up to 48 hours before yelling for SCAM and the like! (we process orders manually for now)

Conditions of the service

Order processing time: 48 hours.
Minimum amount per order: 50 STEEM POWER.
Priority access: If there are more orders than funds available, the user priority and proportionality will be used for counter-proposals. For the record, our early access users so far are:

Dang, not sure how this post was missed by me. Just delegated a few hundred SPs out yesterday. Will send what is still available at the moment (like to keep my account at 5000SPs) and will continue further delegations as SPs roll in.

I can offer 0.148 DVC per delegated SP per day

Formula: 10000 * 0.150/0.71 * 0.10/(365 - 5) * 0.50 * 0.50

Last @devcoin's SBD-DVC rate = 10,000.00
SP / SBD (USD price) = 0.150/0.710
Yearly 10% SP interest rate = 0.10
Year minus days of SP undelegate penalty = (365 - 5)
50% curation reward = 0.50
50% profit claim = 0.50
