I have no problems with a high fee to create an account. Decentivizes some forms of abuse and useless accounts that post dumb stuff.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    Agreed.
    Users should stick to their usernames even they regret what they post.

    You post it, you own it.
