Thank you for your kind reply, but guess we running in circles, I understand all of that quiet clear, and have a open mind as well, but I don´t think that JS has stolen something from me, the other hand side is true I know that the guys from Hive has stolen my balance for not having the same mindset like them, and guess that´s what you mean regarding to the situation with JS now (having captured stakes from steem-users) so where is the diffrence in that, why should be JS the bad and the HIVE-Gang the good ones, its about the measurement of things which is not equal (one can do it to or with JS because of he is bad, but when doing it to the guys on HIVE that´s bad because they are the good ones this is ridiculous), and its doesn´t matter if something is possible, because that doesn´t mean that its allowed.

Im coming from the real world as a businessman for now about more than 30 years and I´m involved in financial as well as in energy, so swimming in the big pool with all the sharks in is normal for me, but sometimes I´m a little bit wondering about the low level of basic knowledge of the economic context, particularly in the legal field.

Everything that applies to JS, also applies to the "old Gang" from Steem who are now is making trouble on HIVE.

Nobody has other rules ;)
