Steem Consensus Witness Statement : Hardfork 0.23 (Codename: New Steem)

but where on hive there is an similar stake what should act in the same manner, and no I´m not asking for the dao.stake where my SP is in without asking me.
Where is the community stake (which includes heavy money from your big Investors "the leaders of the old Gang") which provides the same what you claim from steemit.inc ???

There is no such stake on Hive. That is what makes it decentralized.

oh sorry, I thought everybody here knows the steem.dao account actually worth around 26 Million $ (uups it more or less the same worth like that what JS wants back, and maybe you folks hijack additionally), but this is already no answer to my question, where on Hive is the community account which founds activity like on steemit ?
Because steem.dao is also a robbed account-balance (mainly all the bookings on the first day´s).
So that is like people with good faith are acting?
Tell me something new, and must be better than all what I´ve being hearing before ;)

thanks in advance for your answer

Yes, there is a DAO on hive as well, where all stakeholders can vote on proposals to get funded. To make sure Hive has the same existing supply of tokens as Steem (makes applying to exchanges and sites much easier) the same quantity of tokens that were not airdropped were transferred there (also allows to airdrop wrongfully excluded accounts later on (which is what is happening right now too)).

But like I said earlier on, if you really think that any tokens were stolen from Justin Sun on Hive, you got no idea at all what blockchain is about.

Like I said, I can download the Steem or Hive, or Bitcoin database to my computer and alter data and I'm not stealing anyones money. Anyone is allowed to do this, this is what open source blockchain databases are about. If I want to run this as a separate DB and allow people to clone and access it, that is fine. That is how things work. However, you can't just change the rules half way in the system (arbitrarily take away tokens after 3 years of running the chain).

Thank you for your kind reply, but guess we running in circles, I understand all of that quiet clear, and have a open mind as well, but I don´t think that JS has stolen something from me, the other hand side is true I know that the guys from Hive has stolen my balance for not having the same mindset like them, and guess that´s what you mean regarding to the situation with JS now (having captured stakes from steem-users) so where is the diffrence in that, why should be JS the bad and the HIVE-Gang the good ones, its about the measurement of things which is not equal (one can do it to or with JS because of he is bad, but when doing it to the guys on HIVE that´s bad because they are the good ones this is ridiculous), and its doesn´t matter if something is possible, because that doesn´t mean that its allowed.

Im coming from the real world as a businessman for now about more than 30 years and I´m involved in financial as well as in energy, so swimming in the big pool with all the sharks in is normal for me, but sometimes I´m a little bit wondering about the low level of basic knowledge of the economic context, particularly in the legal field.

Everything that applies to JS, also applies to the "old Gang" from Steem who are now is making trouble on HIVE.

Nobody has other rules ;)

Okay, since you're a business man I'll give you a good example.

Let's say you got some Tesla Stocks.

Now, 80% of the employees of Tesla, leave Tesla, and create their own Car company. They create a new stock for the new company and hand it out to SOME of the old stakeholders.

However, you didn't get any. Does this mean money/stocks of you got stolen? Or does this just mean that you just had bad luck?

I'm sure you won't think they stole money from you.

Now the other example.

Imagine Elon Musk is now angry about this, and takes away stocks from existing stakeholders.

Is this a crime? Yes of course it is. Those people legitimately purchased those stocks. Only because they also invested in the new company it doesn't give Elon the right to steal their stocks, nowhere they signed a paper that investing in other electric car companies is illegal.
