I think it is just a matter of days for you to be among the top 20 @fulltimegeek
Climbing the ranks like....

Btw won't you make a post about it?

You've gotten my vote yesterday. We want to see active, pro-active and useful witnesses. People with the best interest of the blockchain and the users in mind. Keep climbing.

Good info!

If i am going to go dig up my password, could you give a list of the bestest witnesses please, in your opinion?

That's funny. I don't know much about the witnesses. I was actually thinking today that I'd create a script that let's everyone vote for the same witnesses @fulltimegeek votes for. Although, I guess doing that would make it harder for him to hit top 20.

On this list I vote for @krnel and @utopian-io and @timcliff. I hear @gtg and @arcange are pretty solid as well.

If you think about if you really shouldn't vote for anyone in the top 20 unless you really want them to stay there. By voting for the underdogs you even the playing field.

Such script doesn't make much sense because you can achieve exactly same thing by setting up @fulltimegeek as your witness voting proxy (then whatever change in voting he does, it will be your change as well). Voting for those already in top20 is important too, unless you strongly disagree with their presence, as it increases security of the network (against for example hostile takeovers after compromising accounts with significant amounts of SP). It's not easy to make good choices but I'm happy that you care about it.

Yeah I was confused about the proxy thing. It's not very clear. Kind of makes it sound like the proxy has to do it manually. Guess not. Thanks for the tip.

I also vote for @blueorgy because he provided much need photo support way back when this thing started.

I wish i had a brain that remember names. It would really help remembering who did what these last bug fixes.

I don't think it's a good idea to vote for him. That's nothing personal, he's a cool guy, I've a chance to meet him at SteemFest in Amsterdam. His witness is offline for a long time and he as a user is no longer active either. Vote for inactive witness doesn't change anything (there's no gain for him and there's no gain for the platform).

I noticed that. I feel he gave up on steem when he couldn't make it up the list even with all the people he helped.

oh well, another reason to go dig out that password.

Thats 100% true. I'm working on writing my requirements for witness to be voted by me and activity is one. A witness who isn't a part of the community shouldn't be voted for.

I gave him my vote yesterday!

I did vote! :D Uff last time I had problems with that but now it's working :D
