It's nice to see some movement here, especially with the inactive witnesses. I don't get why those aren't removed by the voters when it becomes readily apparent they're down and out.
And that's great that the top 75 at least match. If some would would change their votes so that number is about doubled, that should take care of all the currently active witnesses and put them where they really should 'officially' rank.
Looks like pumpkin also powered up a couple SP, too. Your right. It very well could be because it's Halloween. :)
