Basically I will: Bring my money in for SP as well as external investors, provide curation for post in #castellano, weekly participative radio show on RockDIO, help users join (I already run a Telegram channel with more than 100 people showing interest and growing)
The dream
Basically i have learnt that being a witness should be a balanced holistic approach to build a platform so humans can create an organic network were everyone has something important to bring and shine.

In my 40s, GEEK to death, automation engineer, MsC in telecomms, useless degree in Political science, Industrial training manager, corporate HR executive, restaurant owner & chef, biker, dreamer, citizen of the world, oil worker, organic farmer...

As i understood from the chat i had with the man behind their project, they are a curation project.
I intend to provide sustained growth of the Spanish steemian community, so they will indirectly benefit from user-base growth, we are open to cooperation as our goals are not either exclusive (as in excluding) nor competition.
They provide a great service by aggregating content under their brand, we just intend to provide an environment for all people that speaks #castellano as steemit is much more than a content farm and curation is not the only activity that a witness can do for the users.
Our main goal is to use steemit as a platform to encourage discussion and idea shaping, as everyone has something to offer.
I've inspired the several sub-projects we are preparing and some running pilots in other witnesses activities for making the community grow.

It is great to see other spanish speaking witnesses supporting the network. Creating high quality content written and spoken in spanish incentivicing the users for doing so is one of the main goals of cervantes and curation is of course one of the main tools since voting is the only way to give value to post and allocate the reward pool. But it is not the only one. We are a community building project promoting user interactions with chats, meetups organisation teams, content discovery teams, help-channels, abuse fighting teams, faq writting, translation services, magazines and radio channels. And as i said, looking forward to see your contributions and projects. We are already supporting other spanish speaking witnesses wo are backuping the network with their computing power and are looking forward to see your contributions to consider you in our voting queue.

De verdad que me alegra muchísimo ver como la comunidad Hispana no es ni la sombra de lo que era hace unos 6 meses, el simple hecho de ver proliferar proyectos e inclusos la instalación de nuevos witness es un gran logro. Es cierto que tenemos mucho por corregir y aprender, pero, como dicen por ahí, el camino se hace andando.
Me identifico muchísimo con este proyecto porque sé que tienes una visión holística de lo que significa la blockchain y en especial Steemit, algo que en realidad pocos pueden ver tan temprano y algunos, incluso, nunca llegan a percatarse de que esto se trata de formar "redes huamanas" -como tú lo llamas con el objetivo de impactar de manera positiva en la sociedad.

Es un aventura que me atrapo y que me sedujo desde el principio, sobre todo porque he encontrado muchisima gente que comparte mis puntos de vista y mis ideales de potenciar el cambio social y la evolución de la sociedad.
Por eso mi proyecto trato de darle forma de manera inclusiva, manteniendo siempre una visión gerencial y objetivos claros.
Hacia mucho tiempo estaba buscando el lugar donde los seres humanos inteligentes y con vision egalitaria y libertaria estan escondidos, me decia que no podia ser el unico...
