Today is the 20th day since we declared to be a witness.
Since then, our witness node has been running well. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without any down time. And regularly updating STEEM price to the network once every 60 minutes.
And also our seed node is always up and running smoothly without any problem. You may find our seed node in the following address:

Server Specification
Our witness and seed node have same specification as below:
- RAM: 32 GB
- CPU: 8 cores
- Storage: 2x2TB HDD
- Network: 1gbit/s
- Location: Germany VPS
Necessary means have been taken to sufficiently secure the server, such as:
- Closing all incoming ports, except one used by SSH and seed node.
- Moving SSH port to some high random number to prevent scanner bot.
- Installing fail2ban program to block SSH brute force attacks.
- Installing NTP to prevent block misses due to time synchronisation problems.
Price Feed has also been setup to broadcast the price to the network once every 60 minutes.
