Regarding Unvotes

We're also getting some pretty significant support and upvotes from "these posts," Julia. Everybody isn't a fan of collusion. The fact that a witness team comprised of four little nobodies, one of them a guy "everyone" is apparently supposed to hate, is holding a solid 66 ranking despite the torpedoes launched from PAL should really say something. Please don't overlook what it means in the scheme of things.

I don't care wether this garners you support or not, as I have already said I can only speak for myself. You put my name on a list in your post, that was making assumptions about my intentions and I asking for it to be removed, or for you to be as transparent as you say you are and edit the post to include my reason.

LOL, if it were just a list without all the extra shenanigans attached I would be inclined to agree. I stand behind my unvote 100% I just want to make sure the public is informed as to the reasoning. It's a shame it makes you uncomfortable to include it in your post.

*edit- why did you remove your comment?

Over the last 22 days, the following accounts have removed their witness votes from noblewitness: [...]
Users are, of course, entitled to vote for whatever witness they want for whatever reason they want, and the same goes for unvoting a witness. However, having spoken to a few of the names on that list, it is abundantly clear that at least some of these votes were removed due to social pressure for political reasons. This raises the question of why the rest of them were removed.

Your name was included in a list of people who performed a certain transaction on the blockchain, which is quite public. It was not included in a list of people who performed that transaction for a certain reason. Therefore no editing is needed. If the transparency of the blockchain makes you uncomfortable, then perhaps this isn't the best venue for you.

We are well within our rights to question the reason these votes were removed. We are also well within our rights to point out that the vast majority of people removing the votes are PAL affiliates. People can infer from that what they will.
