Preparing for Steem Witness and Seed Server

I have searched around to find Ubuntu hosting service but I am not sure which schedule I need to choose.
@jerrybanfield wrote the server specification for his one as
64G DDR4 RAM, 2 Xeon E5-2630, 2x240Gb SSDs, IGbit/s connection
But I could not find it at
DigitalOcean.com

and RoseHill Hosting

I would appreciate for your recommendation.
