The STEM geeks crew also started downvoting my content because I used the "technology" tag when I was talking about the changes to Minds.com. According to them, only Steem related posts are the only kinds of posts that we can tag as 'technology'.

Yup, and that post has nothing to do with Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math. The flag was for $0.000 on Steem and had zero influence on your rewards, it was simply to hide it on STEMGeeks as it wasn't related. It wasn't until you flipped out that you got additional flags.
