Regardless of who you actually want to be a consensus witness, now is the time to make sure as many community witnesses (not disabled and NOT running 22.5 like the faceless accounts) as possible get into the top 20. The top 20 is crucial because those witnesses are consensus witnesses. You can vote according to your other preferences later.
