If you aren't using your votes, please do. At least proxy to someone who will vote. But make sure that the witnesses that are voted are trustworthy. Do you research on the witnesses that you are voting for.

Your individual vote might not look like it makes a difference, but it does. It might be the vote that changes a person's tipping point. Each account doesn't have an equal vote, so creating a ton of accounts and voting for one person won't help. What determines your vote's value is the amount of mVests in your account. So the more Steem Power that you have, the more that your vote for witnesses will be worth. You don't have that to go to waste do you?
If you don't want to do the research on who to vote, you can proxy to someone who does. I'll offer myself up as a candidate. I'll release my list of what I want of a witness soon and vote for the witnesses and if you support them, you can proxy your vote to me. It doesn't drain any VP (or mana as its called now) and barely uses any RC.
To proxy your vote, just head to https://steemit.com/~witnesses.
At the very bottom theres a tab that says choose a proxy. Just fill it in with rishi556 and press set proxy and that should be it. Your mVests will help vote for witnesses that both you and I will support.
