Stale Price Feeds
These are active witnesses that have price feeds that are disabled or older than 24 hours and produced a block in the last seven days.
A witness is responsible for producing blocks on the Steem blockchain and maintaining a stable up to date price feed.
Although the price feed is calculated on a consensus of the top 20 witnesses, it is important to have an up to date price feed.

New Witnesses
No new witnesses
Hey! You should seriously update the definition of "stale price feed", please, I follow the market daily and my Steem price is correctly, it is the same (1 or 2 cent margin for error) as coinmarketcap and is the average of the main witnesses!
You may unintentionally hurt the reputation of hard working witnesses by saying our price feed is stale. The price is correct but since it hasn't changed for a few days I did not update mine, but as soon as the market starts moving I always update and if the market is too unstable I turn on the price feed bot.
So please, update the definition to avoid possible misunderstandings with voters.
Thank you for the service on updating us with witnesses stats though.

I do mention that the list is for price feeds that are older than 24 hours. There are some witnesses that have scripts that are smarter and don't produce on a regular schedule, and only when there is a significant change. 24 hours is a fairly good measure that a price feed hasn't been updated.
It doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong, just like I start for missed blocks, they happen. I do feel it is important to reflect this data as this is also saved historically to show patterns.
Most people do not make witness voting decisions purely on price feeds and honestly the only price feeds that really matter are the top 20. I believe all witnesses should be maintaining a reliable price feed even if they are not in the top 20, regardless of how often it updates.
In your situation, it has been four days, regardless if the price is the same as it is today, I couldn't see a situation where I'd just not report stale price feeds unless they are 5 or more days old. That's just too much to assume as a norm. Even if in this situation it is the same price.
