It's not about diet diet diet or how can I lose weight fast, in 2 weeks, in 6 weeks or so forth BUT...
It's all about changing your LIFESTYLE!
You are probably like what? Yes! I said LifeStyle! Women are usually more sensitive to things, worry a lot about many things especially when it comes down to family or children, and women are more subjected to service others but FORGET about THEMSELVES!!!
Remember I, as a Woman of myself of a mother of 3 boys , realized that in order for me to take care of others, I , MYSELF has to take care of myself regarding having good health and how I can correlate and apply a lifestyle that will provide me both good health, feel good about myself, and be able to reach my dream regarding eating a good healthy balanced lifestyle!
Moreover, reading many articles, reviews, and more about intermittent fasting I've come into conclusion that there are easier paths for me to take.
