Why men and Women can never be =EQUAL!

For centuries women and men were classed as being different. For the past decades we have seen a importance of getting women equal to men but that simply will never happen. Men are just much better at leading, taking decisions and always at making money!

Get up women, your knee's are getting dirty!

Women can't do the things that men can, Try getting a women to work on a building site, or take a crucial decision between killing someone to save someone else. They will get blocked in a immoral decision that they will have to take and do.
Men are the ones who have fought the wars in the front lines, carrying big ass guns and getting their heads blown away while the women were there just cooking.

Women need to work more hours, for the same amount of money that men work for!

There was a study made which concluded that women, who try to get a job that a men has they get paid around 15% less money than a man. Moreover, if the women is hispanic or black the rates drop even more considerably. This is because men work at a much faster rate and don't need to take that many pauses , they don't get easily tired and tend to last more in any given situation than women.

Women who retire, can face poverty much more easier
Even if retirement has not been given to a women , they are more likely to live in poverty at any age due to them not getting the amount of money needed.
Once a women retires they have a slightly increased chance of hitting poverty due to the pensions not being high enough and a couple of years who have passed taking care of kids etc... Whereas men, working from a young age and till they retire have a much higher pension.

I don't want to be rude against women but its something that people don't take into concideration, yes women have the same right as men but they are still seen as different to how men are.
